SKYEPHIRE IS NOW

I created myself as Skyephire in October 2005, on Google and in Blogger.com. On my profile page, I gave myself the name NightSkye.

What I didn't know, is that anyone at all, out there in the public domain, would be able to come along, look at my blogs, check out my site- and take my name "NightSkye" and use it as a name for their own blogspot.

Because I didn't use it as my first post, didn't use it as my first blog's name and then continue to repost under that, every time afterward. There is a lot I didn't know, when I started blogging- and, I'm still learning.

And one of the biggest lessons I am learning is that anyone at all who is a complete stranger to me, can come along, visit and view my blogsite and borrow ideas and words I have originated but haven't documented or copyrighted as mine-and they can take it, steal it, use it and call it their own original all because of my own naivette.

How foolish of me to trust the world! How foolish of me to think the world is full of good people. It isn't.

SKYEPHIRE IS NIGHTSKYE

My domain name is skyephire. I coined the term several years ago and registered it, through an offer to purchase a domain, at Yahoo.

Paul is Skyephire! This is me!

And my name in the pages of my google blogs, at my profile is NightSkye. I originated it and have used it before anyone else. It is a coining of my own creation.

Anyone else using it is a thief.
